Merivale’s famous brands join Allianz Stadium

Continuing its exclusive hospitality partnership with Venues NSW, Merivale will present its most popular brands across all areas of the new stadium.

Merivale is bringing its popular restaurant brands to Allianz Stadium in the lead up to the stadium’s highly anticipated opening on 28 August.

The hospitality group entered into an exclusive partnership with Venues NSW last year which saw it take over the food and beverage offering at Sydney Cricket Ground.

The new offering at Allianz Stadium will include 64 food and beverage outlets including Merivale’s Totti’s Pasta Bar and Bert’s Bistro, MsG’s, Queen Chow, El Loco, Vinnie’s Pizza and Jimmy’s Falafel.

Situated in the members area of Allianz Stadium, Totti’s Pasta Bar, led by executive chef Mike Eggert, will include a broad range of shared antipasti, celebrated pasta dishes and Bondi’s famous Neapolitan Ice Cream Sandwich.

At the eastern end of the members concourse, Bert’s Bistro, led by executive chef Jordan Toft, will offer an elevated yet relaxed sit-down European bistro style menu of shared dishes such as Oysters with Chardonnay Mignonette, and mains such as Grilled Lobster in Garlic Butter, and Wagyu Sirloin Bearnaise.

The brand new 42,500-seat stadium in Moore Park also offers seven private function rooms, 51 suites, two outdoor terraces and 84 outdoor boxes – all catered for and serviced by Merivale and available for event and non-event bookings.

Allianz Stadium and Venues NSW chief executive officer Kerrie Mather said the state-of-the-art Allianz Stadium along with its Merivale partnership will set new benchmarks across entertainment, hospitality, and customer experience.

“Merivale’s trademark magic has transformed the hospitality experience at the Sydney Cricket Ground, and the breadth of Merivale’s new Allianz Stadium menu will continue to deliver the promise of an offering focused on quality, variety, value for money and ease and speed of service.”
