With Pullman ArtNight, the first event of its kind in Asia-Pacific, Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is making a bold statement both as a flagship for the global hotel brand and as a place to meet in the heart of this vibrant and cosmopolitan city.
“Pullman is one of the fastest growing five star hotel brands in Asia-Pacific. As one of our flagships, Pullman Jakarta Indonesia is a perfect showcase of what the brand does best – and will help us to achieve our objective of opening even more properties in the country,” said Michael Issenberg, Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Accor Asia-Pacific.
Pullman is Accor’s fast-growing upscale brand with a network of more than 80 hotels globally, half of which are in Asia-Pacific. With travel, architecture, design, art and culture at the brand’s heart, this signature Pullman ArtNight is part of a global commitment to support emerging and established artists, and provide contemporary, vibrant spaces where working and relaxing are no longer contradictory terms. Previous editions of Pullman ArtNight events include Dubai, London and Brussels.
“This beautiful hotel brings the highest levels of accommodation and service to Indonesia and is a great addition to the brand’s growing portfolio in the country,” said Gerard Guillouet, Senior Vice President for Accor Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
“As Accor’s upscale hotel brand designed with the requirements of modern travellers in mind, Pullman Jakarta Indonesia represents our commitment to introduce luxury and upscale hotels to Indonesia and strengthen our presence in the market.”
Pullman Jakarta Indonesia underwent a US$15 million refurbishment, with a modern, in-style ambience. The hotel offers 427 upscale guestrooms and suites, designed with comfort and convenience in mind, including the spacious 43 square meter Grand Deluxe rooms to welcome all types of travellers, including domestic and international, business and leisure.
Accor expects to operate at least six Pullman hotels in Indonesia in the next few years with Pullman Bandung City Centre, Pullman Surabaya Supermall and Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa and Convention in the pipeline.
