Hyatt Regency Sydney has unveiled its new harbourside event space The Upper Deck; a fully customisable venue complete with expansive outdoor terrace with sprawling Darling Harbour views.

Located on Level 11, The Upper Deck offers 352 square metres of flexible indoor event space suitable for cocktail style events, meetings and gatherings of up to 200 guests, with the ability to create breakout areas with floor to ceiling curtains. Meanwhile, the adjoining outdoor terrace offers 40 square metres of alfresco space for up to 40 guests.

Continuing with the hotel’s nautical-inspired design, the space is decked out in an elegant palette of blue and white hues, with small motifs that pay homage to the harbourside setting, including the use of Australian Hardwood decking on the outdoor terrace.

Featuring the latest technology and AV, the venue includes wireless and mobile TV screens, lectern, internal and external sound system and lighting, while customisable catering and beverage options showcase the hotel’s renowned service and hospitality.
