Pro-invest Hotels has announced it will open Holiday Inn Express Melbourne Little Collins next month.

Set to open 27 January, the new design-led hotel will be located on one of Melbourne’s most well-known laneways, offering a convenient base for guests that want easy access to the city’s shopping, dining and entertainment precincts.

All 312 modern guest rooms are thoughtfully appointed and include a study nook, speedy WiFi, Express Recharge, premium bedding and choice of pillows, black-out blinds, and a walk-in power shower.

Designed for the busy traveller in mind, the hotel will offer a complimentary Express Start Breakfast that includes hot and cold options, and for those in a rush there’s the Express Start Breakfast Grab & Go option instead.

Guests will also have access to 24-hour reception, a fitness room, self-service laundry, and The Great Room, which offers a 24-hour café style menu.

Additionally, the hotel will have four meeting rooms, with the largest accommodating 36 people, seated. All meeting rooms come filled with natural light and have the option of blackout blinds.

Complimentary whiteboards and flip charts, as well as sweets, coffee and tea are included for all meetings, and guests can also make full use of the complimentary in-built audio visual facilities and WiFi, along with 65-inch in-built TV with sound bar, and flexible furniture with in-built power.
