The finalists for the 2023 Eventex Awards have been announced, following a massive 761 entries for evaluation, surpassing the 2022 event’s 606 submissions.
This year marks the 13th edition for the world’s leading awards for events and experience marketing, with the finalists selection marked by outstanding achievements from around the world as well as the obvious return to in-person events.
“We have been wowed by the outstanding achievements of this year’s participants, yet another proof that the events and experience marketing industry continues to challenge and outdo itself time and again, demonstrating unwavering innovation, creativity, and adaptability,” Eventex Awards co-founder Ovanes Ovanessian said.
“Congratulations to all finalists for their stellar work, we’re proud that you are part of the Eventex community.”
In terms of categories, the Eventex Awards has seen a pronounced rise in in-person public and business events, with the world having largely returned to its pre-pandemic lifestyle. Traditionally, Brand Activation and Experiential Event remain among the leading categories in the competition.
Entries from as many as 49 countries have been evaluated by the Awards’ jury, with the US, Qatar and the Netherlands as the top three countries with the most finalists. Notable brands making the finals include Heineken, Dell, Budweiser, Audi, Jameson, Vodafone, McDonald’s, Range Rover, Lexus, FIFA World Cup, and Qatar Airways.
