EEAA Awards entries close this week

There's just days left to enter your event or team in the annual awards.

The deadline for the EEAA 2019 Awards for Excellence is looming, with submissions closing this Friday, 27 September.

There are 20 categories available this year, covering shows, venues, suppliers and marketing as well as people and team awards.

EEAA chief executive Joyce DiMascio said the EEAA 2019 Awards for Excellence is an opportunity to recognise the many talented people working in the industry.

“We are calling on the industry tell us about the talented teams and individuals who have shone in 2019,” she said.

“There are now five categories focussing on recognising people – these categories are the Richard Geddes Young Achiever Award, the Unsung Hero Award, the Best Show Team, Best Venue Team and the Best Supplier Show Team.”

Entering is simple, with streamlined criteria, category word limits and weighted scoring.

Entries must be for events or initiatives that occurred between 1 October 2018 and 30 September 2019.

For full details on eligibility and criteria, download the Entry Kit and log into the Awards Portal.
