Women in Tourism Leadership event debuts in Melbourne

The Women in Tourism Leadership Lunch is set to debut in Melbourne in November.

The Women in Tourism Leadership Lunch is set to debut in Melbourne, with the first event to be held at the Stamford Plaza Melbourne on 23 November.

The guest panelists attending are Corina Black, General Manager Sales, Commercial and Marketing at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Anne Jamieson, Director of Customer Experience at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and Zoe Shurgold, Destination PR, events, consumer campaigns, communications and media liaison at Visit Victoria.

Mary-Jane Devine from Fusion Marketing in conjunction with Romina Izzo, from Travel with a Twist and and Gwen (O’Toole) Luscombe of The Ideas Library and former Spice editor have led the coordination of this first Women in Tourism Leadership Melbourne event and will act as hosts on the day.

The Women in Tourism Leadership events aim to bring together professionals in the tourism industry to network, learn and discuss issues of women in the workplace.

The Melbourne November event invites guests to enjoy a two-course lunch with wine, along with networking, learning and robust discussion on the topic of ‘Pivotal Leadership Moments’ and what it means to be a great leader.
