Tasmania cleans up at Australian Tourism Awards

Of the 28 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards presented on April 10, ten were awarded to Tasmania-based businesses people.

Of the 28 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards presented on Friday night (April 10), ten were awarded to Tasmania-based businesses and people.

Notably, Rob Pennicott and his family, operators of Pennicott Wilderness Journeys, won five of the ten awards that went to Tasmania, illustrating  the strength of operations, innovation and environmental sustainability the island state has to offer.
