Sunshine Coast Convention Bureau Launches Fresh Events Website

Planning a clean, green and spectacular Sunshine Coast business event is now just a click away with the new Sunshine Convention Bureau website, launched yesterday

Planning a clean, green and spectacular Sunshine Coast business event is now just a ‘click’ away with the new Sunshine Convention Bureau website, launched yesterday (Jan 11).

The refreshed website enables conference and incentive planners to make informed and environmentally responsible choices when planning a Sunshine Coast event through a range of innovative planning tools.

The Sunshine Coast’s new look website has launched, offering conference and incentive organisers an easy way to plan their next event.

Tourism Sunshine Coast CEO, Russell Mason, said the website was launched with a fresh new look, improved functionality and the latest special offers to support business event planners.

http://www.sccb.net.au provides event organisers with interactive worksheets for planning, comprehensive information on venues, accommodation, dining and activities, and advice on how to host clean, green business events on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.” he said.

“The site is designed to become the first port of call for anyone planning a corporate, association or incentive event on the Sunshine Coast.

“The extensive content available on www.sccb.net.au demonstrates that the Sunshine Coast is well-equipped to host a range of truly professional events whilst maintaining a strong focus on the natural environment.”

“Awareness of the Sunshine Coasts ability to host world class business events is growing with the development of two international branded resorts, Outrigger Little Hastings Street Resort and Spa Noosa and Quay West Resort Noosa soon to open their doors for business events.”

To celebrate the launch, a number of ‘hot deals’ are available for new Sunshine Coast events including: free accommodation and pamper packages for conference planners, complimentary canapé packages, plus upgrades to selected conference packages.

Sunshine Coast Convention Bureau will be hosting live demonstrations for the website’s planning tools at AIME 2010 in Melbourne.
