Business Events Victoria evolves with new look and website

Showcasing regional Victoria in a fresh new way, the new website aims to inspire event organisers to think outside the box when planning their next conference or event.

Business Events Victoria (BEV) has updated its look and launched a new website to better cater to the meetings and events industry.

Showcasing regional Victoria in a fresh new way, the new website aims to encourage event organisers to think outside the box when planning their next conference, event or retreat.

The website features an improved search functionality and a more intuitive framework, providing a more tailored user experience which allows the event organiser to be matched with the right venue or
experience at the click of a button.

It showcases a range of uniquely regional Victorian events spaces, inspiring organisers to look beyond the board room and consider hosting their next business event on top of a mountain peak, amongst the vineyards, or even underground in the depths of an old goldmine.

With the business events space reshaping itself over the past two years, BEV executive officer Chris Porter said it was time for the organisation to evolve with it, to better resemble the ‘new way of thinking’ for business events across Australia, which was now all about curating new experiences and establishing thriving connections.

“We did a great deal of work behind the scenes listening to what our members and clients wanted and analysing core trends in the events arena to ensure we created a bold new website and a refreshed brand that serves a purpose,” Porter said.

“Our purpose is to connect business event organisers with the very best venues, retreats and experiences in regional Victoria.”

BEV has undergone an entire brand refresh, rolling out a new suite of marketing and industry collateral, and updating its long term Business Events Victoria logo with a vibrant colour palette and modern feel, representing the landscapes of regional Victoria.

“With business events back on the map, there is significant pent-up demand from organisations keen to bring their teams back together again after a long hiatus for live connections and real experiences.

“This new fresh brand will help us engage with those decision-makers as they start planning their organisation’s next retreat, meeting and conference.”

The new Business Events Victoria website was made possible with the support of Business Events Australia through the Domestic Boost Campaign and the Victorian State Government.
