Hilton Sydney has partnered up with premium champagne brand Pommery to offer a range of special experiences throughout the hotel during spring.
During October and November, hotel guests can experience a stay in one of Hilton Sydney’s City Suites which has been creatively reimagined as the Blue Sky Suite. Designed to evoke a feeling as though you’re among the clouds, the dreamy suite has been decked out with special design elements and plush furnishings in Pommery’s signature sky blue colour.
Making for a unique incentive idea, a stay here also includes a bottle of Pommery Blue Sky NV, which guests can enjoy on ice paired with blue macarons made in-house.
The Pommery collaboration continues throughout Hilton Sydney’s bar and dining establishments, offering in-house guests and visitors the opportunity to try Pommery’s cuvees in a number of ways.
In the hotel’s lobby, Caffè Cino is offering strawberry Bellinis and a pink themed dessert stand with glasses of Pommery Brute Rose NV. A Pommery Champagne cart will also be in the hotel’s lobby where Blue POP piccolos can be purchased as an in-room amenity, via a QR code.
From 5-8pm, Zeta Bar will host a champagne hour complete with caviar bumps served alongside cocktails such as the Pommerlini, Princess Peach and Almond & Scorpion. The terrace bar will also showcase an oyster station on Fridays from 5-8pm.
The hotel’s iconic Marble Bar will also serve bottles of Pommery Grand Cru 2009 for purchase, alongside a classic Champagne Cocktail, while glass brasserie will highlight Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV.
