GCCEC reveals new catering options

The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) has announced its new environmentally conscious and globally focused menu.

The new culinary options for conference attendees at the venue that recently celebrated its 20th birthday comes after months of planning, ideas sharing and trialling of menu items.

“The launch of our new menus marks 20 years and an exciting chapter for GCCEC,” says GCCEC executive chef Garry Kindred.

“We are committed to offering innovative and sustainable culinary options that not only delight the taste buds but support our environmental goals.”

The new menu features two components:

  • Global Bowls Offering: A diverse selection of internationally inspired dishes that cater to a variety of palates and dietary preferences. These bowls are perfect for event planners and delegates seeking a culturally inclusive culinary experience.
  • Environmentally Conscious Menu: This newly curated menu features the most sustainable dishes from all GCCEC’s offerings.
