Top culinary talent at the helm of world-class dining

One such culinary headliner is the renowned celebrity chef Luke Nguyen, whose popular South-East Asia food restaurant, Fat Noodle, is set to be reimagined with fresh new flavours and increased capacity.

Nguyen, who has enjoyed a decade-long partnership with The Star across its Brisbane and Sydney resorts, said he was proud to be a part of the destination’s world-class restaurant offering.

“Brisbane is on the precipice of being the next foodie capital of Australia; the food offerings, the art and culture, and tourism is growing, and the city is making a name for itself in its own right. There’s an undeniable buzz about town that is only going to be supercharged by the opening of The Star Brisbane next year,” Nguyen said.
