Special guests gathered in Melbourne recently ( 21 Feb) for the official launch of Prahran’s latest hotspot, The Wise.
Influenced by some of the great minds of all time, The Wise is for those after something a little unique – something to challenge the mind and evoke interesting conversation.
Located on Praharn’s High St, The Wise offers a Tapas style menu.
Sip your coffee as you take in the wistfulness of the past and instantly be inspired by the painted ceiling littered with famous scholastic quotes from philosophers and poets of the yester year.
Offering a unique place to meet for drinks or nibbles, the menu allows guests to select dishes from all around the globe including the Andalusian Pescado, Pollo al Chilindron to traditional Spanish Paella.
Making the journey from Madrid and Greece, Chefs Cesar and Stella, cook from a menu they have designed from years cooking in their native countries and all around the world.
Group catering is also available for events.
Featuring an old study-like atmosphere likened to a professors office, walls are rich with posters of academic greats such as Albert Einstein and Leonardo DaVinci, made even more inviting with old newspapers, typewriters and academic memorabilia dispersed throughout.
