Antony Ritch has been announced as the new CEO of TFE Hotels following a global search to replace former CEO Rachel Argaman.

Ritch will relocated from Los Angeles, USA to Sydney before commencing his new role in February 2019.

An Australian with a global career spanning over 20 years, Ritch most recently worked with Westfield Corporation and has also held international roles in property development, regional operations, business development, digital disruption and corporate management.

“TFE Hotels is delighted to have Antony onboard in the new year,” said TFE Hotels chairman Allan Vidor.

“With his proven track record and extensive leadership and entrepreneurial skills, he will play an invaluable role in leading our team and supporting our growing global pipeline of new and existing hotels.”

On his new appointment, Ritch said he is excited to join the company.

“I have always admired the TFE Hotels business, and I’m thrilled to be joining the team in Australia,” he said.

“As travel and hospitality continue to evolve globally, I am excited by the unique opportunities that TFE Hotels’ growing portfolio and guest experiences will bring to this dynamic industry.”
