The Cooking and Lifestyle school, created by proprietor Lydia Nettlefold, adds an extra dimension to the beautiful retreat offering a variety of classes from ‘back to basics’ through to ‘celebrer le cochon’.

The school aims to extend guests culinary boundaries, learning from the visiting celebrity guest chefs, whilst sharing a passion for food with like-minded people. The talented chefs impart their wealth of knowledge, passion of good food and exquisite Tasmanian produce. House Chef, Tanya White, prides herself on using the best local produce from the local vegetable garden as well as the nearby farm.
Combined with nearby heritage farm ‘Haggerstone’, the Cooking and Lifestyle School is an incredible opportunity to cook, learn and create with chefs in a stunning, intimate setting using fresh, Tasmanian produce.
