Saffire, Pure Tasmania’s iconic new property on Tasmania’s East Coast, is well into construction, with glazing, plastering and the property’s iconic roofline, which frames the Hazards Mountains opposite, well advanced.

An extensive native vegetation regeneration program focusing on the protection of healthy sites and the healing of damaged sites is creating a beautiful natural surrounding for the unique design of the main building and guest suites.
The property is now taking bookings from April 4 2010, with a special fly-through preview of the property available on the property’s website.
Saffire general manager, Matt Casey, said specialised training programs focusing on the Saffire Service experience were currently being undertaken by staff.

Were busy developing our Saffire Service training program, recruiting, implementing operating systems and refining our product offerings, which include an exclusive signature experience our guided exploration to nearby Schouten Island, he said.
This experience is offered in addition to a variety of complimentary guest activities quad bike excursions to remote locations, helicopter experiences, kayaking, mountain biking, bushwalks, stargazing and a host of indoor activities.
