Pop-up bar, The Bondi Deck at Sydney’s Swiss Grand Hotel, overlooking Australia’s famous Bondi Beach, is now open Thursdays to Sundays.

 
The Bondi Deck occupies a long terrace on the corner of Campbell Parade and Curlewis Street, with views over the passing pavement parade and Bondi Beach.

The perfect place for sunset cocktails, The Bondi Deck features an inviting and attractively priced drinks list (which includes cider buckets, premium beer buckets and jugs by the sea) and delicious nibbles including gourmet burgers and fresh prawns by the bucket.

Open from 5pm to 10pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and from midday to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays, The Bondi Deck boasts a relaxed vibe reflecting the mood of its customers, with fresh ocean breezes making it the perfect place to cool down.

A great deal of thought and planning has gone into this pop-up bar to create the perfect summer setting – it’s trendy without being intrusive, friendly without being fawning, unconventional and unashamedly original. The only limitation to The Bondi Deck is that it is only there until 31 March 2013.

The Bondi Deck is open Thursdays and Fridays 5pm to 10pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12noon to 10pm
