Opened in 2003, Swissôtel in the Sydney CBD has 369 guestrooms offering city skyline views. Located in a heritage building, it is part of the Accor family and belongs to a group of 30 Swissôtels around the world.
The hotel had a multi-million-dollar renovation in early 2023, and recently hosted a celebration of its two decades of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
“For 20 years, the hotel has operated with excellence in Sydney and welcomed guests from around the world,” says Swissôtel Sydney general manager Matthew Talbot.
“[It has] many different teams contributing to the continuous evolution of the hotel who are always looking for ways to further enhance the experience for staff and guests.
“I am proud of what we have achieved as a brand and am looking forward to continuing to build the hotel’s excellent reputation, delivering on Swissôtel’s promise of treating everyone as they wish to be treated and remaining true to the company’s Swiss heritage.”
Nathan Cox, Accor’s vice president, operations, NSW and ACT, says Swissôtel Sydney is a landmark hotel in the NSW capital.
“I wholeheartedly commend the owners of Swissôtel Sydney, M&L Hospitality, for their exceptional management of the hotel,” he says.
“Its impeccable reputation and remarkable journey is widely recognised, and what we have witnessed is testament to its unwavering commitment, visionary approach and foresight.
“Their investment has ensured the hotel will continue to exceed expectations for the next two decades and beyond.”
