Elements of Byron, a boutique MGallery by Sofitel property in Byron Bay, has rolled out ninety-nine new villas, an adults only pool and swim-up cocktail bar.
The new two bedroom, two bathroom villas feature timber decks, inbuilt fireplaces and luxurious veranda bathhouses.
Jeremy Holmes, Development Director of Elements, said nature was the primary point for the inspiration and design of the new villas.
“Developments of the property throughout summer and beyond will maintain that philosophy and ethos,” he said.
For those balmy Byron evenings, guests can also head over to a Botanica Beach Bar, a brand new outdoor venue, for a quick cocktail or a light snack.
The beach bar is comprised of a funky retrofitted caravan, complete with colourful outdoor furniture and lit by festoon lights.
But the exciting improvements don’t end there.
Other plans for the Byron Bay property include a new Eco Education Centre, which will feature market gardens and organic composts.
The Eco Education Centre has been designed to inform and immerse guests on sustainable living practices and food production, and is expected to be up and running by next year.
