Bannisters Pavilion at Mollymook on the NSW South Coast is now open.
The new boutique hotel has 32 guest rooms and two penthouse suites against a backdrop of Eucalyptus trees. The hotel is set back from Mitchell Parade and Beach Road and is 100m from Mollymook Beach.
Bannisters Pavilion is a collaboration between owner Peter Cosgrove, architect Tony Freeman (Molnar Freeman), interior designers Mia Ward (Wiwa Design), Romy Alwill (Alwill Interiors) and landscape designer William Dangar.
Mollymook is a three-hour drive south from Sydney and a two-and-a-half hour drive north east from Canberra.
