The venue, which is located in Carlton North and has been in business for more than 70 years, took out the award in the “Event/Convention Centre Caterer” category.

Restaurants are assessed on the dining experience including food, beverage, service and restaurant presentation. Caterers are assessed on all aspects of their catering business, including operations, food, service, staffing and event/site outcomes to determine category winners.
