The heritage listed Royal Hotel in Randwick, Sydney has just completed a renovation of its bistro and function areas, as well as its 40 accommodation rooms.

The bistro menu has also recently received a makeover under the guidance of celebrity consultant chef, Danny Russo.

The Royal has a recently renovated a dedicated function room that can accommodate a range of private and corporate events. Free of charge to hire, the room has space for 50 standing for a cocktail style party, of 40 seated for a conference or full sit-down meal. The kitchen team can create menus to suit a range of event styles, from canapés to a full multi-course banquet feast.
