Brisbane has scored itself a brand new apartment hotel with the completion of FV by Peppers’ third and final tower.
Known as No.1, the hotel tower completes the $600 million, three-part development located in Fortitude Valley’s Alfred Street.
The opening of No. 1 adds four room types to the hotel, each with full kitchens, a laundry and separate lounge and dining areas.
All No. 1 guests have access to the level 31 rooftop, which boasts a curved skyline pool, two private spa areas with BBQ, bar and lounge areas, plus incredible city views.
The hotel was designed to appeal to the Valley’s leisure visitors, as well as its fast-growing business visitor and corporate market.
As a result, No. 1 at FV by Peppers also features a business club with two light-filled executive boardrooms, two intimate meeting rooms, a lounge area, library, private dining room and private workstations equipped with Wi-Fi.
The hotel also boasts an onsite restaurant and bar, 24-hour reception, valet parking, Wi-Fi and the convenience of express checkout, tour desk and concierge.
FV by Peppers’ first two towers, Flatiron and Valley House, opened in September 2017.
