Rebrand for Japan’s largest hotel chain

Japan’s largest hotel chain, Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide Inc, is combining its three hotel companies under the one new brand.

From April 2024, the trio of hotel companies – Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide, StayWell Holdings and Prince Resorts Hawaii – will be rebranded under the one name: Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts.

“This integration strengthens our domestic and international strategies, paralleling our ambitious expansion plans,” says Yoshiki Kaneda, president of Seibu Prince Hotels Worldwide.

“We aim to grow to 250 hotels and become a global leader, delivering exceptional value and unforgettable experiences for every guest.”

As part of the company’s rebrand, it is introducing Seibu Prince Global Rewards, a program merging existing domestic and international memberships.

Members can earn and redeem points across the entire portfolio, including accommodation, restaurants, retail outlets, golf courses, ski resorts and facilities operated by Seibu Group in Japan.
