Two of Queensland’s most prominent beach athletes will take on special affiliation with Hilton Surfers Paradise just months ahead of its official opening by becoming inaugural ambassadors for the hotel.

Hilton Surfers Paradise general manager David Kelly said both professional iron man Zane Holmes and beach volleyball Olympian Natalie Cook were the perfect choice for ambassadors as they embody Hilton Surfers Paradise’s fresh and energetic brand.
“Both Zane and Natalie are well respected local athletes who are at the top of their game, so it makes sense that they team up with Hilton Surfers Paradise as the newest top holiday destination on the Gold Coast,” Kelly said.
“At Hilton Surfers Paradise we have combined the energy of Surfers Paradise with the style of Hilton and we have handpicked Zane and Natalie as some of the best sporting talent in Queensland to help us bring this vision to life.
“As ambassadors, Natalie and Zane will be visiting Hilton Surfers Paradise regularly and be strongly involved in our official opening in August.”
“Hilton Surfers Paradise has been great supporters of Northcliffe Surf Club as sponsors since November 2010. So I am pleased to take my association with a brand as well regarded as Hilton to the next level with this ambassador role,” said Holmes.
“As a beach volleyballer, I spend most of my time on the sand, and couldn’t think of anywhere better than Surfers Paradise to spend time when I am close to home,” added Cook.
The $700million Hilton Surfers Paradise has been abuzz with activity since the team began welcoming guests to experience the first tower of fully-serviced residences in December 2010.
