AHL’s hip QT Hotels and Resorts brand has been confirmed as the operator of the hotel component at Pacific Bondi Beach.
The $440 million Pacific Bondi Beach complex is being developed at the existing Swiss Grand hotel, with construction expected to commence in September 2013 and finish in 2016.
The 69-room property will be joined by 94 luxury apartments and the signing for QT continues a solid run of growth for the AHL-owned chain.
“Pacific Bondi Beach is one of the most prestigious developments in recent history, setting new benchmarks in beachside living, and we are pleased to welcome QT Hotels and Resorts to the project,” said developer of Pacific Bondi Beach and Capit.el Group director Eduard Litver.
Designer Nic Graham, who’s had a hand in all four QT hotels to date, is once again partnering with AHL on the project.
At this stage, it is not known what meeting facilities will be on offer at the property.
