The new-build property will be located at 89 George Street in Parramatta’s Central Business District and will feature 271 rooms, a bar and lobby lounge with snack kiosk, a restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and parking facilities.
Four Points by Sheraton Parramatta will be a short walk from Parramatta Station, the Parramatta River and Westfield Parramatta, the second largest shopping complex in Australia.
The hotel’s conference and meeting facilities is slated to be among the largest available in Parramatta at 500 square metres.
