Sydney’s Central Park Hotel has undergone a major transformation and name change to Park8, following the property’s acquisition by 8Hotels.

Unveiled last week (Dec 1), the boutique property features 36 rooms and loft apartments in the heart of the central business district on Castlereagh Street.
“Park8 has afforded us the ability to create a spectacular product and fill a niche in the Sydney CBD market with large rooms, an exceptional location, our signature design and all with a value driven price,” said 8Hotels CEO Paul Fischmann.
Following the acquisition, 8Hotels undertook a significant refurbishment, with work done to all guest rooms, the lobby and common areas.
