Ovolo Group has appointed a new group director of food and beverage to oversee the restaurant and bars across both Ovolo Hotels and micro-hotel concept Mojo Nomad.
Vincent Lombino will work with the group’s bar managers and culinary partners including renowned chefs Justin North, Ian Curley and Hetty McKinnon to curate exciting and innovative menus that reflect Ovolo’s philosophy and offering.
He will also focus on new developments across the hotels, creating vibrant new concepts and implementing the highest standard.
Lombino brings over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, including stints at Noble House Hotels & Resorts in Seattle, Urban Purveyor Group and Event Hospitality Group.
“I have been watching [Ovolo Hotel’s] growth for years and I’m very excited to be joining,” said Lombino.
