The Novotel Hotel in Melbourne’s St Kilda has completed a $7.5-million refurbishment of its rooms, public spaces and a number of its event spaces, with work on the remainder of its event spaces due for completion in March.

The facelift is sparking the interest of event organisers as the hotel’s 11 conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates, will provide state-of-the-art equipment in revamped conference space, many offering ocean views and terrace access.
In addition, a newly built conference space accommodating 40 people theatre style has opened on the first floor with views overlooking the bay. The facilities are complemented by a host of beachside activities taht are perfect for team building and socialising.
The venue is also planning to unveil a brand new restaurant in May utilising its location on the Esplanade to provide an indoor/outdoor dining concept in classic bar & grill style. The restaurant will also be utilised for functions and conference purposes.
All of the hotel’s bay view and city view rooms and suites have been upgraded with a new look and public areas, including the lobby and reception area, also boasting a refreshing new look.
To celebrate its new look conference facilities and upgrades, the Novotel St Kilda is offering a special ‘Events by the Bay’ conference package.
Book a residential conference or function by 31 May with a minimum spend of $10,000 and receive a room rate of $169 per night, a one-hour cocktail and beverage package at the conclusion of your event, complimentary use of ballroom data projectors and complimentary car parking.
