Silkari luxury hotels and residential suites launched at Sydney Town Hall last night.
Over 800 guest attended the event and were treated to a performance by Delta Goodrem.
Silkari is a new brand from Sydney developer and investor Visionary Investment Group (VIG), headed up by CEO Michael Guo.
The Financial Review reported that the new luxury hotel and residential tower, Silkari on Castlereagh, will be located on a $130 million block between Bathurst St and Castlereagh St in Sydney CBD.
VIG also opened a 212-apartment hotel called Silkari Suites at Chatswood.
The two assets – plus VIG’s 219-apartment and 37-townhouse development in Pagewood in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, now called S Pagewood by Silkari – are the first assets to feature under VIG’s new apartment and hotel brand Silkari.
VIG is also developing a resort and spa with a golf course on the NSW south coast.
