With capacity for 90 guests, the venue promises to offer picturesque views across the city from Flinders Street Station to Southbank.
International food and beverage consultant Grant Collins has curated the drinks menu of timeless classics, signature blends and experimental combinations.
Fleet’s cocktails sit alongside a broad selection of local and international spirits, wines, and beers to be paired with a bar-snack menu curated by chef Asish Kumar.
Fleet’s general manager Sai Amani says event planners have the option to buy out the whole venue.
For a daytime function, that spend is $10,000 with $15,000 the evening minimum spend.
The buyouts are available Monday to Thursday and include a four-hour food and drinks package.
The venue was crafted by Paul Kelly Designs and features amber and dusty pink tones, custom-made furniture and a long bar.
A wraparound outdoor terrace is decked out with green and white striped upholstery and the retractable roof caters to all weather conditions.
