The announcement comes on the back of the opening of the 301-room Moxy Sydney Airport in 2023, and the new-build Moxy Sydney Pitt Street will open in August 2025.
The Sydney CBD hotel will add to the portfolio of 140 Moxy hotels worldwide, and will feature 314 guest rooms, meeting spaces and the city’s highest outdoor rooftop bar on level 34.

Moxy Sydney Pitt Street will be Marriott International’s eighth hotel in the Sydney region.
