Mirvac Hotels and Resorts has opened The Sebel Mandurah, a 4.5-star, 84-room property located 50 minutes drive south of Perth.

The property has a key focus on the MICE industry, with catering for up to 180 delegates. The Sebel Mandurah boasts a range of function rooms, including several with balconies overlooking the water, a boardroom overlooking the pool and a private terrace ideal for cocktail parties and intimate events.
Of the 84 rooms, 75 are studios, three are one-bedroom suites and three are two-bedroom suites. All feature private balconies, air-conditioning, a mini-bar, high-speed internet access and Foxtel.
On the recreation side, The Sebel Mandurah features a 15-metre long heated lap pool, recreation deck and well equipped gymnasium.
In related news, The Sebel Suites Brisbane has unveiled a $2.8 million refurbishment, which has seen the property’s 164 rooms transformed into one of Brisbane’s best accommodation products. Highlights include new carpeting, plush Sealy Posturepedic beds, modern dark wood tones, leather and burnt orange textiles, a dedicated business desk and upgraded appliances.
