Goulburn’s newly refurbished 4.5 star hotel – Mercure Goulburn – was officially unveiled earlier this week with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by Goulburn’s Mayor Bob Kirk.
The multi-million dollar refurbishment – which extends across all 74 guestrooms and serviced apartments – features fully refurbished new look guestrooms, rejuvenated in fresh earthy tones with contemporary modern furniture and premium in-room technology. Guests are now treated to complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, parking and Foxtel.
In addition, the hotel’s reception area, function and events facilities and onsite bar & restaurant, Edge, have all been fully refurbished in the same earthy yet modern tones, giving the spaces a fresh new contemporary look.
General Manger Marcus Leigh said, “With the refurbishment now complete, Mercure Goulburn’s new look interiors reflect the picturesque surrounds of the Southern Highlands.
“The hotel’s contemporary new look offers business and leisure guests beautifully appointed accommodation with warm and attentive personalised service, with all the benefits of being aligned to an internationally recognisable brand like Mercure.”
