A recent refurbishment of Medina Executive South Yarra, including a new colour palette, sophisticated soft furnishings and vibrant artwork, is now complete.
The apartments has undergone a soft refurbishment and restyling.
The Lobby Lounge, dubbed the ‘Drawing Room’, has been transformed into an inviting area to relax before check-in or after a day exploring the city. It features dark timber bookcases, a fire place, luxurious velvet upholsteries, antique style smoker’s chairs and ambient candles. The room has been dressed with splashes of colour including olive green walls, ethnic rugs and contemporary pop artworks. Artefacts collected from the area, vintage books and driftwood sculptures adorning the bookcases add a local touch.
Sophistication and design have not given way to function. The hotel also features: new carpets in each apartment, lounge room blackout curtains, new furniture, new look kitchens featuring black splashbacks and new paint work throughout. Guests will also be delighted by the revamped pool area opening to an intimate courtyard.
