Sydney’s Doltone House Sylvania Waters has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. In addition to the construction of a 250-capacity car park at the rear of the venue, the renovations saw extensive enhancement to the venues interior.

The entire colour theme was updated to match the warm, chocolate hued palette characteristic of Doltone House venues. All new chairs, leather wall panelling, and new carpet in the signature square design of neutral tones were chosen to give the venue a contemporary look and enhance the unique timber finishes that feature throughout.
“These renovations have significantly improved and modernized the Sylvania Waters venue. We have carried through the classic, elegant look and colour tonings of our award-winning Jones Bay Wharf venue to create a flexible space for everything from corporate events to weddings,” said Doltone House Sylvania Waters director, Carmela Signorelli.
Sylvania Waters is one of three venues making up the Doltone House property portfolio, which includes Jones Bay Wharf and the newest addition Darling Island Wharf. Darling Island Wharf, which is set to launch in October 2009, is the first venue in NSW to obtain a 6-star green-star rating.
