Called Shear, it will offer an upscale cocktail space for corporate functions, special VIP events, live entertainment events and more.
The venue’s hospitality team will include executive chef Angelo Valante, who has worked with culinary heavyweights Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing; and prominent sommelier Jeff Long; mixologist Kurt Pascoe, formerly of Zeta Bar and The Mandalay Room.
Shear is co-owned by rugby legend Darren Lockyer and Jason Hurt, co-owner of nightlife hotspot Chic.
