Hyatt Regency Perth has just completed the final stages of the most extensive interior redesign project in the hotels history, a project which has been 16 months in the making.

In March 2010, the hotel commenced works with an objective of setting a new benchmark for accommodation in Perth’s CBD and reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to quality service and product.

The Hyatt Regency Perth has undergone an extensive redesign to all of its guestrooms and public areas.

Each of the hotel’s 367 guestrooms now also feature a flat-screen-high-definition LCD television and a contactless, guest-friendly electronic locking system that eliminates the need to insert a key card to gain access to the guestroom. Guests simply hold their key card near the lock.  Each room also offers a generous working area with state of the art technology.

As part of the project, the hotel’s public areas also received extensive works.

Key energy-saving initiatives, including energy-efficient lighting and water-saving devices, have also been installed to extend the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and to complement green initiatives that are already in place.
