The Port at Darling Harbour is set to open this Friday 30 September.
Located in the former Margaritaville site on the Harbourside Shopping Centre foreshore, the 1,050 person capacity venue has undergone a complete overhaul under the design direction of architect Lainey Richardson whose previous work includes Wollongong’s Pepe’s On The Beach, The Annandale Hotel and The Henson in Marrickville.
From ten in the morning daily, passersby can pop in for a perfectly made Will & Co Coffee and pastry or settle in for a relaxed lunch by the water. For those feeling peckish and with a love of grazing, The Ports’ menu offers a selection of shared style food items from the garden, land and sea showcasing the abundance of fresh Australian produce.
Guests can reserve a cabana that offers bottle service with a private host and a chef’s selection of canapés. Taking advantage of the late night license, a rarity in this bustling city, after dark is when The Port really comes alive.
The Port is located at 2-10 Darling Drive, Darling Harbour NSW.
