This lovely old girl has had a beautiful facelift.
Built in 1880, The Bellevue is a local haunt for many Paddington-ians in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The new-look venue has a fresh white, black and green palette and a kitchen that is pumping out some of the best food you could hope for. Think spanner crab with an apple, celery and wasabi slaw or a chocolate and spiced caramel tart with Earl Grey icecream.
There is a range of private event spaces upstairs and group dining bookings can also be made within the upper and lower dining areas.
The first of the private dining rooms is the The Windsor Room which is perfect for small casual get-togethers. Comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests for a cocktail style event, or up to 16 guests for a sit down meal, it is ideal for small celebrations such as engagements, or corporate events and team meetings.
The Parlour is the second private dining room with capacity to cater to up to 32 guests for a sit down meal, or up to 50 guests for a cocktail style event.
There is also the sunny open air Bellevue Terrace with a maximum cocktail-style capacity of 120 people. Live entertainment such as bands and DJs are welcome when hiring Bellevue Terrace exclusively. As the venue is in a residential area, noise restrictions do apply.
All of the event spaces are equipped with audio visual facilities. Each event space offers TV screens that are capable of playing either TV or USB information. Audio in the event spaces can also be isolated so that bookers can select their own music.
