Coffee brand Schibello Caffé has launched its brand new Research and Development Roasting Laboratory.

Situated in Rhodes next door to the Schibello Caffé headquarters, the facility has a coffee training academy, an on-site espresso bar for baristas to put their knowledge into practice and a dedicated roasting laboratory.

There is also a new flagship concept store called Next Door that is an espresso bar and specialty shop that sells coffee blends, tea and coffee machines, as well as their endorsed partners’ products and other complementary items ideal for a café or espresso bar set-up.

The laboratory is open for cupping sessions and is available for clients who want an exclusive coffee blend developed for them.

The laboratory space can be booked for events for up to 80 people, has in-house catering and is licensed to serve alcohol.

The Schibello Research and Development Roasting Laboratory can be found at 19 Leeds St, Rhodes in Sydney’s north-west.
