Candelori’s in Sydney’s West has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation to create a new dining destination for foodies from the Western suburbs.

Since opening in 1999, family-owned and operated Candelori’s has developed a reputation for its authentic Italian food and unpretentious dining experiences.

Acclaimed designers DS17 have just refurbished the venue and added a dedicated bar at the back of the space.

The main dining room now features a 17m marble-clad open kitchen, giving diners visual access to the heart of the action. Candelori’s extensive collection of Italian and local wines are displayed in glass ‘wine towers’ and contemporary accents include bulb lights, elegant glass faux-windows and brushed metallic accents.

The menu has been refined and modernised with a focus on top-quality local and imported Italian ingredients, with hand-crafted pastas and bread made fresh in-house daily.
