Sydney CBD welcomes a new Italian restaurant with ultra-modern interiors.
Bertoni’s autumn menu features classic dishes such as quattro formaggi stuffed zucchini flowers, wagyu bresaola, Fregola marinara, slow roasted Porchetta with a marsala braised cabbage and agrodolce and red wine poached pears for dessert.
Bertoni may sound like a European car company but it’s actually a portmanteau of the names of brothers Bert and Tony. In 2004 Albert and Anthony left their senior corporate jobs to open the first Bertoni Casalinga in Darling Street, Balmain as an honest, family run business combining their loves of food, coffee and people.
Ten years on, Bertoni is still a family business and the new Farrer Place site is their fifth restaurant in Sydney.
Bertoni Ristorante and Bar can seat 50 diners and host 80 guests cocktail-style.
Bertoni Ristorante and Bar is located in Farrer Place on the corner of Philip and Bent St, Sydney.
