The 219-key Avani Broadbeach Residences is scheduled to open in Q1 2018.

The construction of the $150 million tower is well advanced with the basement already completed, jump form erected, and pouring of the first 10 of the 35 levels underway.

Each of the contemporary one-bedroom and two-bedroom beachside apartments, with interior design by DBI interiors, will offer impressive ocean and/or city views.
