Avani Broadbeach Gold Coast Residences has become a favourite for travellers and business groups alike, and it’s no surprise why.

General manager Brett Hohn said the apartment accommodation appeals to long-stay guests and corporate visitors who travel frequently.
“Being an apartment hotel, we offer that little bit more,” he said.
“We offer a full kitchen that allows guests to get up in the morning and cook their own breakfast.”
The hotel’s location is also a major drawcard for business events delegates.
“We are in a perfect location in walking distance to the Gold Coast Convention Centre, the Star Casino and Pacific Fair across the road,” said Hohn.
Avani Broadbeach also features an outdoor swimming pool, onsite gym and secure parking.
Food and beverage
In an exciting new development, an $8 million mini dining precinct is set to open from this month at Avani Broadbeach.
Led by The Good Time Group, the precinct spans almost 2000 square metres of the hotel’s ground level and will comprise three distinct venues.
Noosa-born restaurant Miss Moneypenny’s will take over 750 square metres of the space, with indoor and outdoor seating for 200 diners.
Alongside this will be a new dining concept by the group, dubbed Fat Freddy’s Beach Bar & Diner, which will serve up American-style drinks and eats.
Finally, a high-end dining and function space The Rimini Room will complete the precinct, offering space for up to 120 guests with its own private entry from the carpark below.
Business facilities
For corporate travellers, the hotel offers a dedicated business centre which can be used for team planning sessions or meetings.
The business centre, and the entire property, is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, catering to the modern traveller.
“We like to have all those little tech savvy things that people look for when they go into hotel and especially a high speed internet,” said Hohn.
