The Australian Heritage Hotel in Sydney’s historic Rocks area has launched its Wine Emporium function space.
This cosy room sits beside the main pub and has a separate entrance and bar. The space fits 25 people seated and 80 people standing, including outdoor space and offers an extensive canapé menu as well as full a la carte or banquet dining.
The Australian Heritage Hotel is best-known for its craft beers but has recently been attracting winemaker dinners and educationals to the Wine Emporium space due to its intimate, private nature.
The canapé menu features items such as slow-cooked beef pies, fresh king prawns, cucumber, cherry tomato and goat’s cheese skewers, lamb with herbed mustard aioli on mini toast and classic bruschetta.
