The hotel’s general manager, David Mansfield, was delighted to welcome Ms Clinton to the recently redeveloped hotel, where hotel employees have worked tirelessly with the visiting U.S. and Australian teams to comply with safety and security arrangements.
Hotel staff that had assisted in the preparation of Clinton’s visit, and her time once at the hotel could barely contain their excitement when notified of the opportunity to take part in a photo with the former First Lady.
The hotel presented Ms Clinton with a Ken Duncan book containing a collection of iconic Victorian photographs on her departure.
