Sydney Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island general manager Malu Barrios announced the appointments at the EEAA conference and awards welcome function last night that was held at Dockside’s Cockle Bay wharf venue and onboard a Captain Cook boat.

Dockside Group won the exclusive three-year contract for exhibition and corporate catering with Captain Cook Cruises will provide free, special event ferry services from Darling Harbour to the new centre. The operator will begin services when the centre opens for its first event in February 2014.
Barrios also announced the appointment of the new management team including event manager Adrian Slingsby, financial controller Steve Mitsos and facility manager Johnny Naofal.
